discounted massage and yoga -attento.me

I love giving massage and believe that everyone should be able to benefit from it it but realise that not everyone can afford it. So I offer two approaches to discounted massage:

You receive a massage at a substantially discounted price based on what you can afford and what you feel the massage is worth to you with a minimum of £10 to cover materials etc.
For this you request to go on a waiting list and you will be notified when sessions are available, which can be a short notice e.g. if there has been a cancellation.
You can request and book a massage as normal but at a reduced price based on needs and circumstances. In some cases this can be free. For this you provide as much detail as possible about your needs and why a discount is necessary.

There are typically two or three such sessions per week but can be more on quieter weeks.

While I love massaging people, and prefer to offer substantially discounted sessions when I have gaps in my schedule, do keep in mind that I also need to make a living in order to continue providing this service. So on the one hand, you are welcome to request a discount, on the other I really appreciate it if you offer some gesture. I reply to all requests, unless it is clear that there is attempted abuse. any medical conditions, medication, illness, injury?

Some conditions may require confirmation from your GP or other health care professional that massage is appropriate for you. Note you must notify any medication including use of any pain killers. Massage should not be given if you cannot sense your pain threshold!
